I have acquired extensive experience and recognition throughout my career to date; this has included gaining a number of awards, managing budgets of over £40 million, transforming ratings, working on a daytime and peak time shows across multiple genres, including factual entertainment, current affairs, features and formats for Channel 4, ITV, 5 and Sky.Key career achievements include:• Transformed and turned around ratings from 2016 to 2019 at Channel 4 daytime through replacing long-running shows with slate of successful long-term returners. Awards won included first-ever Daytime BAFTA, RTS and Broadcast awards• Commissioned peak-time output for Channel 4 and More4.• As head of C4 daytime, brokered deals to delivery successful co-productions with UK and international broadcasters• As exec producer, transformed Come Dine With Me from a small daytime show to a successful, BAFTA-nominated peak series, with ratings of 4 million plus; consulted on international versions. • Created and launched formats including Pressure Cooker which transformed from an original daytime format to be sold throughout Europe, creating profitability for ITV of over £5 million • During COVID-19 pandemic, exec produced over 100 episodes across four series for BBC and ITV2
