At TUV SUD, I designed and evaluated mechanical solutions for Servo Electric Actuators and automotive shaker testers as well as supporting system testing, trouble shooting, and problem resolution.Some of my responsibilities and achievements included:• Developing iterative designs in accordance with customer and derived requirements (Autodesk Inventor)• Designing and analyzing fixtures for squeak and rattle shaker testers as well as PCBs and oversee its fabrication• Performing finite element analysis (FEA) on various assemblies involved with motion control systems• Designing and implementing quality management system along with 5S program to acquire ISO 9001 certification and improve department quality and efficiency

I ensured the quality of the lithium ion battery cells we shipped out met company specifications. I also investigated and troubleshooted equipment, manufacturing, and facility problems. I analyzed production results and improved manufacturing processes to ensure high yield and productivity.

At Capital, I coached competitive gymnastics for PreK, Kinder, and boys & girls pre-team/team classes. I also trained new coaches on gymnastics knowledge, spotting techniques, and overall coaching methods.

I did academic research under Professor Dr. Nauman in the area of biomechanics. We were researching new materials to be used for padding in football (and other) helmets, mainly aimed at trying to decrease the rate of concussions in football players.I worked on the synthesis of many sets of materials to be tested for compressibility and energy dissipation. I also worked on the design, construction, and set up of a helmet crash testing system, including sensors and computer programs used for testing.I also aided in the initial testing and analysis of various helmets already being used by players as well as the new helmets with the padding we had been researching.

I was the gymnastics coach for boys levels 6-8, ages 12-16 as well as the coach for the lower level boys and pre-team kids. I developed practice schedules, worked with the kids to decide what goals they wanted to reach, and laid out a roadmap for achieving those goals.

During summers of 2011 and 2012, I was the lead sales associate as well as head cashier. I would talk to customers, make suggestions, and answer their questions about the products. I also performed general store maintenance, restocking, and inventory.

I assisted in the initial programming and set up of computers to be used with Sociometric Badges (social sensors). I also helped in testing badge hardware.
