I was a lead guide leading participants on zip line tours on the separate courses offered. I was also in charge of one additional guide that would help me while on the tours. The tours entailed being in charge of the participants safety and well being while on the tour. Also my job was to provide an entertaining and fun experience for every person on the tours to ensure their satisfaction as Refreshing Mountain places emphasis on a unique customer experience not offered anywhere from the staff. Also, was responsible for leading activities for school field trips of all ages and other types of groups taking care of their well being and safety while maintaining a fun and engaging atmosphere. In addition, during these activities I would be in charge of managing up to five other coworkers in running the activities so that they would run safely, efficiently, and fun for the participants.
