Formally a Project Manager who has delivered a diverse range of mechanical services contracts within the Rail, Water and Building industries. Able to work autonomously, I also have proven leadership skills involving managing, developing and motivating project teams to achieve demanding project objectives.

I have recently been made redundant from the post of Project Manager for Briggs & Forrester Engineering Services Ltd. The work involved project managing a number of mechanical and electrical building services installations within the London area. The position involved working on the following:-A complete multi services CAT A (M+E), fit out called No1 Lothbury. This devolvement is in the centre of London and is an 11 floor office block. The development is a new build but keeping the original façade, A pipe- work only CAT A services fit out. The project was an Office and Residential complex in the centre of London called Central St Giles. My involvement started after project initiation and involved all Technical Submissions, tendering documentation reviewing and approving Sub Contractor quotations, design change reviews and generating all H&S & Project Specific Documentation including all Method Statements and Risk Assessments.An 11 story office block at Holborn Viaduct, London, a CAT A services (M+E) fit I completed the project through the final stages including Commissioning and snagging to PC and final sign off, this was after taking over from another Project Manager.

Project Manager for Enterprise Ltd (formally Thames Water / Engenica), working on the modernisation and refurbishments of London Underground Stations, under contract to Metronet. The contract with Metronet was for all the mechanical element of the Stations project which is all the HVAC, plumbing, track drainage systems, pumping stations refurbishments and all the intrusive surveying for the design stage of each project. The achievement of this is by bidding and winning large contracts, combined with managing and motivating highly skilled labour force, agency staff and subcontractors.

Responsible for project managing a number of new build and refurbishment contracts within a number of Water Treatment facilities & Pumping stations. The scope of works often included Mechanical systems, Controls, Instrumentation, HV&LV Electrical systems, with project values ranging from £20k up to £1million.Developing robust programs of works incorporating method statements, risk assessments and other project related documentation.Managing large teams of engineers and subcontractors on site.Ensuring that projects were completed on time, to budget, safely.
