I liaise with the site team and project managers to obtain information regarding specific sites, I attend contract meetings to secure work on DMG’s behalf as well as attending a weekly production meeting and tender meetings with senior management. I am the works first aider and I am the shop floor health and safety representative, which involves monthly walk around inspections to enable a health and safety report and the resolution of any causes for immediate concern. I have been involved in and ran a number of site projects which range from handrail and balustrades, to complex erection of bridges during night time possessions for Network Rail. During this period I was seconded to various different roles which were, active supervisor for site installation team, estimating and as a small jobs operative which involved running any small jobs from tendering stage, through fabrication and the installation also liaising with clients to ensure the jobs were completed on time and within budget.
