I am currently working at the Chevron Salt Lake Refinery as the lead turnaround planner. I am responsible for overseeing the planning, scheduling and cost estimating of all of the refinery’s routine maintenance turnarounds. I am proficient in both Primavera P3 & P6.

I spent my first two years with Timec as a boilermaker at the Chevron Salt Lake Refinery. The last three years where spent as the refinery turnaround planner/scheduler. In that time I planned, scheduled & cost estimated five turnarounds as well as a handful of unplanned outages.

Managed a group of 35 phone agents doing technical support for Microsoft Windows Millennium. I was responsible to maintain good moral and productivity as well as disciplinary actions when necessary. I was also involved in the hiring process.

Managed a team of 25 phone agents doing technical support for Gateway Computers. Responsibilities include reporting profit and loss, maintaining good quality, hiring, promotions, disciplinary actions and helping agents with technical questions. I was also involved in maintaining good relationships with our clients. This involved attending conference calls.

I managed Valley Paint’s Salt Lake store. I had a small crew of 4 individuals. I was responsible for all of the day to day operations of the store. This involved organizing the work load between me and the other employee’s, keeping inventory, purchasing and preparing the financial information for the accountant.
