In that period of intense growth Schuck was tasked with “filling in the cracks” between departments in a rapidly expanding production environment. Schuck held increasingly responsible positions in Change Management, Finance, and Procurement guaranteeing a secure supply chain in those interesting economic times. He was Vice President, Customer Service and continues to serve on the senior leadership team. Schuck’s responsibilities included aftermarket sales, new aircraft completions, warranty administration, engineering aircraft support, and management of the Part 145 Repair Station. Schuck brings over 40 years of business experience in logistics, manufacturing, sales, and customer service and continues formal training in business management and leadership. Prior to joining Quest he held several senior management and leadership positions, including Vice President Sales, Director of Operations, and Customer Service Director. Schuck’s civic involvement includes serving as past President of the Idaho Airport Management Association, as Airport Manager at Sandpoint and Priest River Airports. Schuck is a Private Pilot with a Seaplane Rating and enjoys flying the Idaho back country.

My responsibilities included managing over 200 distributors selling to Fortune 100 companies, brand management for Fortune 500 companies, setting sales goals, projections, and budgets. Organizing and attending five industry and client trade shows each year. Increased sales 240% in my tenure.

Responsible for all internal operations including shipping, manufacturing, tooling, administration, and customer service. Developed award-winning customer service programs using data-driven services. Designed and built tooling and machinery in support of printing operations.
