Performed Air Force UH-1N Programmed Depot Maintenance Frequency Analysis utilizing Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) principles. Responsible for interpreting Navy civil service maintenance historical data, and developing procedures and processes to transform, analyze, and correct computer-based maintenance historical data into usable data for failure analyses. Provided cause-and-effect feedback to analysis team in respect to failure findings. Utilizes maintenance historical data analysis results to calculate Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF), Mean Time Between Maintenance (MTBM), Mean Time to Repair (MTTR), and other trending and failure data as required.

Responsible for the daily activities of this authorized Honeywell T53 Engine MR&O Service Center and an FAA Repair Station. Proactive oversight and monitoring of various departments involved in production, quality, and materials, resulted in a production increase of 50% over the last year. Improved and/or developed processes and policies resulting in the successful auditing by agencies such as Honeywell, ISO, FAA, EASA, major US Government Defense Contractors, and foreign governments. Directly responsible for the successful management of the Materials Department $10M inventory of commercial, military, and repairable assets.

Principle Analyst responsible for the successful daily operation of the ARINC Sustainment Operation Center (SOC) and production of six additional analyst operating in two geographically separated locations ensuring 24/7/365 fulfillment of customer MR&O requirements in direct support of 60 assigned Huey II, Jet Ranger, OH-58, and MI-17/171 helicopters. In addition to Analyst responsibilities, identified as the single-point liaison for seven Program Managers and several site managers working in the Middle East. The logistic key in developing ARINC business development opportunities for the numerous National and International efforts by providing Capability Briefings to command level executives within the US Government.

Responsible for daily operations of this 2-year old North American distributor of patient liftingand transfer systems with 170 participating dealers in the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico.Supervise 9 employees in 6 different career fields. Instrumental in policy and proceduredevelopment for business operations, Joint Commission on Accreditation of HealthcareOrganizations (JCAHO) accreditation, and technical training. Expertise in strategic planning,cost containment, dealer development, and customer service.

Directed all facets of MH-53J, TH-53A. and MH-60G maintenance management programs fortotal fleet of 56 helicopters conducting critical worldwide special operations missions.
