Currently working for the provincial regulator of Liquor, Gaming & Cannabis product, primarily in the Gaming sector. Responsible for running the provinces lottery ticket retail licensing program, and bringing in over $500,000 annual revenue solely from this program. I oversee a team of 5 clerks operating the provincial Gaming Employee Licensing program, responsible for overseeing the program that brings in over $200,000 revenue annually. Ran the Provincial VLT Licensing program 2016-2017 responsible for over $3.5 Million in revenue annually. I work both in Commercial and Charitable Licensing programs, I run criminal background checks for our Liquor division and am responsible for several aspects of the LGCA's gaming licensing program. I do a little bit of everything for my department, I oversee several licensing programs, and am responsible for the work of several of my colleagues.

Creating world class Manitoba made honey. Started in 2012 with a partner, this is my passion product. I run anywhere between 150-250 beehives on a yearly basis, producing up to 25,000 lbs of honey. Started from nothing but grit and determination, I work for myself, mentally and physically running all aspects of a small business. Managing special projects, updating and maintaining web browser marketing tools, basic research and reporting, working between departments, preparation of Standard Operation Protocol Documents.

Warehouse management. Shipping, receiving, delivery of orders, logistics, physical and electronic inventory management. Most of these duties were carried out independently.

Management of the 'New Driver Fleet'. Working with licensing, driver recruitment, and my fleet. Contact and direction of drivers, and reconciliation of delivery plans.
