• CCP Certification 6/13• Develop a Compensation Structure geared toward attracting, motivating, and retaining top talent • Design and maintain an adaptive annual Human Resources budget and allocate expenses to appropriate GL Accounts • Lead Academy's market pricing activities using Kenexa, McLagan, and other market surveys• Provide ongoing reports for senior management regarding company-wide performance appraisals• Create tools to help corporate and branch managers understand and apply best compensation practices• Collaborate with the Executive Team and Senior Management to develop job descriptions and job families• Administer all aspects of the company 401(k)• Automate reporting processes using Visual Basic for Applications in Excel• Provide ad hoc reporting using HRIS and Payroll data• Consult with management regarding pay practices to ensure sensible and sustainable growth
