I joined Lee Ann Fashions Ltd at the age of 16. Lee Ann was a garment manufacturer based in Hinckley UK who supplied such companies as Marks and Spencer, Burberry, Next and Asda including many high street retailers such as River Island and Lipsy.Over the 25 years spent with this Company, I progressed throughout the fabric operations areas of this garment manufacturing business to become Cutting room manager, finally rising to Factory manager.I have spent many years using the experience gained there, working Globally to assist other manufactures helping them to become more productive and cost efficient. I have also assisted within the company directives to train and educated the workforce. I am now looking for an opportunity to apply the skills, knowledge and expertise gained over the years, and whilst I would like to continue using my skills of garment manufacture, I would have no problem in considering an alternative manufacturing environment.
