- Plan and oversee development of new Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) report writing software to increase EDI team productivity - Train EDI team on new report writing software and develop training documentation - Identify areas of improvement in software and bring proposed solutions to programming - Test new report writing tool features and keep team up to date on new roll outs - Prioritize application improvements to focus on most cost effective enhancements - Evaluate current database imports and SQL queries to determine key features for new import application - Train new EDI Specialists and team members - Manage 13 member EDI team and increase efficiency - Organize communication with work group for addressing client reporting concerns - Develop documentation for a more efficient client implementation process
