Responsible for the mentoring, advanced training and organizing of post-graduate physicians who become board eligible in the sub-specialty of REI after their 3 year experience at Yale. Past President of SART, the primary national organization that sets clinical and laboratory guidelines/standards for safety and quality metrics of the practices of IVF in the US. Co-inventor of using AMH as a clinical test for assessing ovarian reserve (egg count).
