Also directly Leading onsite rapid transformations to embed lean processes to drive bottom line performance.Previously I was the Operation Director for Merrychef and Multiplex UK (5 years)The early part of my career was a variety of roles including Value Stream Manager, Quality and Environmental management ISO9000 & ISO14001.Previous to Welbilt I worked in Aerospace sector with Firth Rixon : Tier 1 automotive Federal Mogul Powertrain division , piston manufacturing (Ford, Toyota, Volvo, Nissan) : Ericsson mobile communications Phone manufacturing division & and tier 2 automotive at Stadium plastics.
