I have a passion for food, people, and the craft that goes into providing excellence in both. I believe that food and beverage can be used as a way to communicate with others, by offering excellent flavors, it helps to open up feelings of familiarity, love, and happiness. I have been working in the industry for about 3 years now. Having worked back of house in bars and kitchens, I’ve gained knowledge over food safety, sanitation, and fundamental techniques. Also in working front of house, I have developed a keen sense of customer service. Providing guests with the best experience is always my primary focus. I hope with my continuing education into culinary school, that I can continue to hone these skills and build up my knowledge even further to provide guests with wonderful experiences.
