Types of Mold and Radon properties: Mold inspections, specification development and clearances for AAA Automobile Insurance and various commercial clients. Radon testing for the real estate industry in Northern California. Phase I and II ESA Investigations in California and Michigan:Types of commercial properties: Commercial strip malls, restaurants, automotive repair shops, gas stations, drycleaners, warehouses, retail shops, and multi-tenant office buildings. Types of Industrial properties: Newspaper production facilities throughout California, auto repair shops, manufacturing facilities and warehouses with a historical industrial background. Types of additional properties: Multi-family residential, vacant land, and agricultural land.Numerous Phase II ESA Investigations: Conducted subsurface investigations for commercial, vacant and industrial properties that include automotive repair shops, machine shops, newspaper production plants, abandoned industrial properties and U.S. Postal properties. Phase II Work Plan development that included the installation of soil borings, groundwater and soil vapor monitoring wells.
