Plan and coordinate with teams of field assessors, engineers, geologists, architects including subcontractors for project execution and report delivery. Discuss findings and recommendations with clients and property owners. Complete Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, Environmental Transaction Screens, Database Reviews, Records Search & Risk Assessments, Asbestos Surveys, and Radon Studies. Prepare Operations and Management Plans for asbestos, lead based paint, mold & moisture, and polychlorinated biphenyls. Interview, train and evaluate environmental assessors and cultivate relationships with team members. Manage local team of assessors in the Houston, TX office.
