The World Race is a year long mission trip to multiple different counties that partners with organizations around the world with the goal of furthering the gospel. The program partners with churches, non-profit organizations and missionaries worldwide. The World Race sends people alongside these already established programs to buildup and strengthen them for the advancement of the gospel.My Responsibilities:- Clear communication: Effectively communicating with hosts and with my team what is expected of us in order to buildup and encourage those we are serving.- Finance: Keeping and budgeting money within my team. Responsible for creating expense reports and communicating with the head of finance.- Squad leading: Responsible for making decisions within the group regarding decisions such as team changes and which ministry partners each team will work with. Responsible for creating a schedule during debriefs. Communicating with leadership in the states and communicating clearly with other roles within the squad (logistics, team leads, financial coordinators, health coordinators, worship and prayer coordinators). - Blog Updates: Consistently writing blogs to keep my supporters and World Race leadership updated about my experiences on the field.
