David Senter has been working in the structural engineering business since 1977 and is personally responsible for the structural design and construction administration of several billion dollars worth of property. He has extensive experience in structural analysis and design of steel, concrete, masonry, and wood framed structures. Formerly Vice President and partner in a San Jose, CA firm, David has a very strong background in seismic analysis. He also has been responsible for many significant structures subject to high wind forces in the Gulf of Mexico area.He has been an engineering team manager responsible for many different project types, including commercial, residential, institutional, industrial, agricultural and entertainment buildings. These projects have given him the opportunity to design nationwide and in Canada utilizing the various building codes. His experience in the building industry includes structural analysis and design, project management, forensic analysis, cost estimating, and overseeing construction of major projects.
