As the Head of Quality Assurance at Building Engineering & Design Co, I apply the principles of AS1684, and AS4440 to improve the output of our team of 100+ estimators, along with technical support and mentoring of staff with respect to Australian best practices of building and construction. I have been in this role for over three years, and I am passionate about ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance in our industry.Before joining Building Engineering & Design Co, I worked as a Software Support and a Fabricator Account Manager for two leading companies in the building materials sector, where I gained valuable skills and experience in customer relationship management, software training, marketing, and software conversions. I have a diploma in Land Use Planning and Management/Development from Melbourne Polytechnic, and I am skilled in team building, leadership, contract management, and problem solving. My goal is to leverage my expertise and credentials to enhance the performance and reputation of Building Engineering & Design Co and its clients.
