Head of a Business Intelligence team who are responsible for analysing corporate performance and providing business insight to finance, marketing, sales and operations. The team delivers over 700 reports to the business from it's data warehouses and helps set direction for Sky's business information strategy.

Head of a small team responsible for reporting on the performance of IT across the HBOS group and setting direction for the BI strategy. This involved the design and delivery of a suite of detailed reports on IT service levels as well as the development and production of a balanced scorecard for the IT executive team covering a mix of service, HR, finance, project and risk KPIs.

As part of NCR's Product Management fuction I was responsible for several of the company's core operational processes including order management and pricing. These processes enabled the global sales teams to configure and deliver complex technical products with 100s of features across 130 countries. In addition, I worked with product management, engineering and marketing to prioritise the product development portfolio and ensure it was optimally aligned with NCR's market opportunities.

I spent 2 years as a BB leading the deployment of NCR's Six Sigma program across engineering, product management and marketing. Projects focused primarily on a mix of development cycle time reduction, improvement of product quality and of course cost reduction. We had a fairly comprehensive in house training program which I helped deliver widely across the organisation.

After joining NCR in 1990 I spent several years as an engineering manager before moving into project management anf finally program management.
