I have over 20 years of experience helping businesses drive performance improvement programmes to optimise liquidity, reduce working capital and enhance profits.Having spent many years working as an operating partner for a private equity sponsor and undertaking management roles including COO, CFO and CEO of portfolio businesses, I now lead Deloitte’s Value Creation Services team. We provide hands-on support for management teams to develop and deliver performance improvement programmes; addressing the root causes in challenging financial and operational situations. Whether it’s an acquisition, a divestment, an adverse event or turnaround support, we work across cash, working capital and performance improvement to quickly identify, plan and implement a range of tailored initiatives to deliver tangible benefits across the entire value chain.
