I have taken on an exciting opportunity to help solve Issues within the fast moving parts department.

I work on the board as a representative of the residents on matters of management and maintenance of the buildings and grounds associated with the Chapelfields property.

I supply first on site response, to a large customer base. Covering mobility aid equipment, such as Stair Lifts, Power chairs, Rise and Recline Furniture and all three classes of Mobility Scooters.

Working with in the Enforcement and Technical Services Department. My colleagues and I deliver a customer focused 24/7 service in areas such as Dog Warden, Property security, Civil enforcement, Public Information and support to other council teams (NASB, Amenities, Grass Verges,etc)

Operate and monitor the parking systems installed within the hospital groundsAs a customer facing position to assist all user groups in the use of the siteI was part of the team that introduced the parking policy for the Brighton Sussex University Hospitals (BSUH) trust that the site is a part of. This taught me various good practices when it came to dealing with both members of the public and also internal customers.

This position was created not long before my arrival with Flowserve. The goal was to develop multi-skilled operators within the company’s work force. They were to be familiar with all tasks carried out on site. This way of operating was instructional, in fast and efficient integration with in various teams always with the aim of achieving the goals set by the Team Leaders.
