Member of the Supply Leadership Team accountable for the activities of the Snackfood Central Engineering Group which includes 8 direct reports ,72 engineers and 15 technicians who are responsible for the capital, safety, environmental and sustainability activities at ten different manufacturing sites.Currently accountable for the execution of a $150M capital budget which supports the Supply strategies in the areas of growth, efficiency, infrastructure and sustainability. I am also responsible for supporting Global strategies in Safety, Quality, Engineering and Sustainability.Successfully led the $340m project to build a new manufacturing site in Topeka, KS that initially included 2 production lines (Filled Bar Nut Future Consumption (FC) and M&M’S® Nut) and chocolate making, along with building (for up to 5 production lines), utilities, and infrastructure. The plant was voted Food Engineering plant of the year in 2015. Successfully contributed to the development of the Talent Pipeline within Supply by forming a recruitment partnership with Texas A&M University, Penn State and Military Recruiters that resulted in 22 new engineers being hired over two years. Led the organization of Engineering Competency Week involving 150 global associates from all Mars segments and 16 strategic vendors in Las Vegas.

Engineering leader for all Controls, Infrastructure and Maintenance Transformation actiities across sevendifferent manufacturing sites. Directly managed Capital Appropriations budget in excess of $40M with 13 direct reports. Segment engineering leader for the Twix Brand, fasted growing brand within the Snackfood portfolio.

Technical leader of largest Pet Manufacturing Site for Mars Incorporated, including $550 million in products,$190 million in assets, 600 Associates and a 70,000 sq foot distribution center.

Operational leader of largest Pet Manufacturing Site for Mars Incorporated, including 600 Associates, an annualoperating budget of $95 million and three highly automated technology platforms, including canning, pouchand flex products.

Planned and coordinated safety and technical activities in a dry petfood plant. Supervised 26 associates,scheduled work hours, resolved conflicts, determined salaries. Led continuous improvement efforts for the site'sextrusion, drying, packaging and power plant processes. Improved site operating efficiency from 65% to 85% using disciplined maintenance and kaizen improvement techniques.
