Responsible for building a Retail Planning team within the Retail practice at CapGemini. Worked mainly as SME for Planning and various projects at Burberry for 2 years

In this role I managed all aspects of the European implementations with a significant team of business consultants, project managers, integration consultants and the support team. I was involved in application design to guide the development and also heavily involved in the solution design stage with our clients and all projects that were undertaken were successful and completed on time. I was also the main consultancy lead on all prospect clients and in this was vital to ensure that the scope was correct and the clients were a great fit.

This role was created as a natural step as the business grew from a startup and the employee count increased.

I was one of 3 people who founded Maplelake UK Ltd. We spent the first year building a European Centric Solution and taking it to the Market. We eventually signed our first client who were the Arcadia Group. Then the business underwent significant growth and I built and trained a team of consultants to deliver to our growing client base.

I worked for the Compass Software div which is a retail decision systems company specialising in delivering strategic and assortment planning tools to international blue chip companies. My role was as business expert and project manager and in this capacity I lead projects that we undertook, making design decisions with the client, managing the team to ensure that the software configuration is achieved to high standards and to agreed deadlines.

As described above - Compass was bought by Alphameric and then by Torex
