12 years in agriculture gave way to the next 12 in Church leadership. Both have offered diverse challenges and opportunities which worked together to shape and develop my gift/skill sets.In agriculture I have managed large labour forces of up to 220 skilled, semi-skilled and unskilled people as well as prepared cropping programs, completed budgets, formulated for plant nutrition, herbicide and insecticide programs and undertaken numerous construction projects from dams to houses. In ministry I have enjoyed the opportunity to work directly with people on many levels. My experiences have included founding ministry portfolios as well as launching new churches. Pioneering new ministries require a combination of entrepreneurial, organizational, management and visionary skills. And on the administrative side, event planning, event management and project management, team building and equiping, media, design, printing, social media, marketing, copy writing and office administration. In recent times I have launched a pilot project in Social media marketing with "Hoorah" a Social media consultancy that seeks to assist small to medium size companies set up and manage their social media platforms such as Facebook and Twitter.I continue to be excited by opportunities in the business world and so love to engage in "market place". My past experience positions me well to work in amongst others, management, marketing, sales, retail, hospitality, social media and agricultural related fields. I look forward to new challenges and the opportunities they offer.
