I lead the Skills for the Future initiative to create a robust, scalable suite of assessment and analytic tools with partners from ETS that captures the full range of skills required for students to succeed in K-12, post-secondary education and beyond.

I lead multi-disciplinary teams focused on using evidence to drive continuous improvement in educational organizations. These include the Evidence for Improvement Network, which brings together research-practice partnerships to learn from one another as they seek to equitably scale deeper learning practices within their systems.I also lead Carnegie's work on measuring the organizational health of improvement networks. Our team has developed and validated a survey that assesses key elements of network health. We use this survey to create customized analytic reports, and we work with educational leaders to generate insight and value from the results.I also teach workshops on continuous improvement and create knowledge products that aim to advance the field.
