I was responsible for establishing Celsius Graduate Recruitment in 2005. With the aim of assessing, placing and training the best graduate talent for the I.T. sales market.I was responsible for setting up the process,and recruiting and developing a brand new team of consultants and trainers. I joined the company as a recruiment consultant placing sales executives into a cross section of commerce and industry. I was number one achiever in the U.K from fifty seven consultants. Promoted in 1987 to branch manager of the Manchester location, running a team of six consultants.Consistantly achieved top branch status within the organisation.

First role in recruitment, trained as a recruitment consultant within the sales arena working on a new business basis with both applicants and clients alike.
