Full responsibility of all operational aspects of the movement's events and festivals. Coordinating between finance and regional departments. Working with multiple vendors to assure safety and security of more than 1000 youth

Responsible for all the branch activities, including all educational and operational aspects. Working with the Scouts movements leadership. Building educational programs and mentoring >100 instructors and over 600 campers.
