Supervise a team of 3 armed security officers at a Christian church. Secure and control access to a 7 building property of approximately 1,000,000 sq. ft.  Direct monthly inspections of fire extinguishers, AED’s, and elevator call boxes. Conduct monthly fire alarm drills for security team.

Monitor schedule for 31 sites to ensure no open shifts. Responsible for filling shifts that are open due to call offs. Ensure accuracy of hours worked by monitoring timeclock for 31 sites. Impact security of site by monitoring cameras. Keep Daily Activity Report current. Manage a staff of 7.

Responsible for the overall safety and security of two seven story multi tenant class A office buildings with a total of 700,000 s.f. The property also has two five level parking garages. Maintain positive working relationships with multiple tenants, contractors, delivery personnel, and property management. Manage a security team of 12 security officers across 3 shifts. Responsible for site specific training and orientation of new officers. Liason with local law, fire, and EMT personnel. AED, CPR and First Aid certified

Coordinate physical security, fire prevention/protection and emergency response services to safeguard personnel and property. Responsible for overall physical security at a 2 million s.f. property on 349 acres Monitor daily operations of security officers and provide direction as required. Experience with logical security, access control and alarm intrusion detection and surveillance systems in a corporate, Fortune 50 environment. Proficient with Lenel software, AS400 and Pelco access control systems.
