David Silk has over 25 years of corporate Treasury experience, including portfolio investing, funding, asset-liability management, and liquidity risk management.Mr. Silk is currently the Treasurer at Alegeus Technologies, a leading provider of software and financial technology in the health provider industry.Previously, Mr. Silk was the Director of Global Funding and Trading for State Street Corporation (a $200 billion bank holding company). This activity included global funding across all on-book currencies, fixed income trading for the company’s $90 billion investment portfolio, senior and subordinated debt issuance, derivative hedging activity, common and preferred equity issuance, managing the company's common share buyback, and overseeing the corporate commercial paper program and other money market instruments.Mr. Silk holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
