I am currently working as the Learning Officer for the Old Newcastle Project, an exciting heritage project which is renovating the Black Gate for use as an education and interpretation centre for the Castle Garth, Cathedral and surrounding areas.

I delivered a wide variety of educational workshops and craft activities at Bede's World over the years. I also helped organise events like the annual medieval craft fair, and wrote workshops and school sessions including one on the Old English language to be delivered to sixth form students.
