Manage multiple vendors over various different platforms including a Billion dollar contract.Monitor multiple vendors to ensure contract compliance and fulfilment of service level agreements on a daily basis. Prioritize work efforts across business areas to ensure stakeholder satisfaction and fulfilment of business objectives. Perform project management functions on low to mid-level projects; serve as subject matter expert (SME) and fulfill business analyst duties on projects of varied levels.  Track and follow up on issues impacting production environments across different platforms/vendors; troubleshoot and resolve issues, as appropriate, to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction. Facilitate collaboration between business areas and vendors to develop test scripts for system enhancements to production environments.

- Perform liaison duties between the State of California, Board of Equalization (BOE) and BOE Board Members staff, and control Agency offices regarding sensitive fiscal policy and program reviews. - Primary contact for the BOE with the State’s FI$Cal team, requiring communication and coordination with other State Departments’ executive team members. - Act independently showing initiative and flexibility, while exhibiting tact and diplomacy in resolving highly sensitive issues with BOE Executive-level management, Board Member Offices, and other control agencies; and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with these same entities. - Research and analyze proposed and enacted legislation and determine its impact on current BOE projects and program functions.

- Independently analyze current processes related to functions performed by the Tax Revenue Branch in support of Board objectives related to business process efficiency and effectiveness. -Compile and analyze data to identify staffing, equipment, and operational needs and opportunities for improved effectiveness and efficiency. -Conduct workload analyses to assist management in ensuring that they optimize expenditures and allocate resources where appropriate in order to maximize efficiency. - Assist in conducting studies and surveys for the determination of improved document flows, more efficient workload distribution, and the reengineering of established processes. - Make recommendations to management regarding the development of strategies to implement aspects of current projects such as the Board’s Digital Office Vision as they relate to the Tax Revenue Branch. - Gather and analyze data related to projects such as, but not limited to, Scan at the Front Door and Mass Mail. - Act as lead in presenting and implementing new processes.

- Responsible for managing, training, work flow for all Livescan processes and procedures for the State of California, Board of Equalization (BOE). Liaison between the BOE and the Department of Justice for all new Livescan procedures and issue resolution. - Assist with the administration, monitoring, maintenance, and planning of the access control systems (Ccure) for the BOE high rise Headquarters building and four annex locations in the greater Sacramento area.- Ensure the cooperation of the private security company to include training, reconciling all billing/timekeeping, monitoring all security guard patrols, and all contract issues. - A vital team member for the planning and execution of BOE surveillance systems to include, but not limited to, camera installation and maintenance, digital video recorders, RAID storage equipment, and various other security functions for all new and proposed annex facilities.- Perform in-depth security reviews for new and existing BOE facilities statewide.
