The Big Payette Lake Water Quality Council, Inc., is an Idaho and 501.c.3 nonprofit organization whose mission it is to protect and preserve the water quality of Big Payette Lake and its watershed. The lake is the sole source of drinking water for several thousand residents, and the economic and cultural heart of the McCall, Idaho region.

Administration, supervision, planning, budgeting, purchasing and project management for a local government Information Systems department.

Appointed to three terms by the Governors of Idaho to the statutory Big Payette Lake Water Quality Council under Idaho Code 66-33 for the purposes of conducting scientific studies, and producing and adopting a lake management plan for protection and monitoring of water quality and beneficial uses.
