I am a Licensed as a Professional Engineer with the State of Missouri and have been with the Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) for over 23 years. Currently I serve as the Design-Build Coordinator for MoDOT providing coordination and support on Design-Build projects statewide which includes developing policy, training, and advising teams through the process. I have had the opportunity to shepherd the delivery of well over 23 complex Projects worth over $2 Billion. I have a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a concentration of coursework in Transportation and Structures. I have had the opportunity to gain a multitude of experience working in many different disciplines such as Construction, Design, Design-Build, and LPA Construction (Planning). I served critical roles on many different Design-Build projects including: The New I-64, The I-64 Daniel Boone Bridge, Route 364 Page Avenue Phase 3 Project (Project Director Lead) and the Route 141 and I-44 Design-Build (Project Director Lead) in St. Louis. The complexity of working on larger projects has allowed me to develop partnerships with Federal, State, Local and Private Industry partners to deliver quality projects at great value. Other Roles I perform include leading the Value Engineering program, Project Level Innovation program and assisting in grant writing for the Design Division at MoDOT.
