Served as an Office Engineer for the Valley Metro Light Rail 20 mile starter line serving Phoenix, Tempe, and Mesa, Arizona.Responsibilities included contractor invoicing and schedule analysis, development and execution of change notices and change orders, and processing and maintenance of contractor RFIs, submittals, and all manor of correspondence.Duties included responsibility for the maintenance of the electronic and physical construction management systems and service as a liaison between the agency and project contractors.

Estimating responsibilities included negotiation and sale of contracts, and the direct handling of client coordination.Project management duties included the organization and preparation of submittals, procurement of materials and turnover to the field for implementation and production.
