Along with my partner I have since Autumn 2022 been the co-founder of CAEDAS Media, a company focused on internet and online worldwide business marketing, book publishing and sales plus Tourism support in Antigua & Barbuda.I remain working with several sustainable technology companies developing new power sources or aircraft projects to take "green" aviation forward.I also remain self employed in aerospace project proposal advice and bid management following senior leadership in the commercial helicopter and defence industries. I am a Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical SocietyExperienced aviator and civil and military aerospace operations executive with extensive experience working with defence and aerospace businesses, in business development, and complex proposal management to meet rigorous government acquisition requirements and processes, including within a Joint Venture or supplier teaming environment. Enjoy a good understanding of UK government acquisition processes in particular, and associated project teams and suppliers such as aircraft OEMs.After a RAF career flying helicopters operationally in several demanding roles, and qualifying as an (ETPS) Test Pilot, I have been at the forefront of defining system requirements, introducing new aircraft types and pushing technology boundaries as new systems have been introduced. I have senior command, management and leadership experience with interactions and decision making at board and ministerial levels, along with high quality writing and presentation skills.I assisted in the modernisation of the UK MoD's Defence Acquisition System, and was the Regulator of airworthiness and test flying across all contractor locations operating MoD owned development and maintenance aerospace assets.
