Oversee the maintenance and repair operations of five Hotel properties and employee housing located in the state of Montana including West Yellowstone, and the newly purchased property in Gardiner MT. Responsibilities include assisting in the startup of newly purchased properties, set up the new property with all tools and supplies, and putting maintenance manager and staff in place, all while maintaining our existing properties. Implement cost-saving programs. Mentor and guide three direct reports, to successfully operate their respected hotel operations. Ensure policies and procedures are set and maintained for all of our maintenance and repair functions. Order all parts and supplies and implement all major repairs. Oversee and implement Capital projects for all hotels as well as track Capital spending. Plan Capital spending for the next 5 years of all hotel properties. Assist in the branding of two hotel properties to the choice brand "Ascend collection" including PIP and property management system changes. Assist in the planning and implementation of the upcoming PIP for the Holiday Inn West Yellowstone. Oversee the maintenance department for all hotels to ensure preventive maintenance programs are in place, and see that daily maintenance is held to the highest standards.

Repaired and Maintained the Yellowstone laundry facility one of the first of its kind this side of the Mississippi it is a fully a computerized laundry with a thermal oil heating system, 80-pound steam generator, Milnor tunnel washer and Milnor 240 lb. dryers, and a fully automated finish floor. I also worked in this plant when it was built in the mid-eighties and all the equipment was made by Washex.
