Effective June 14th, 2016 I was promoted to System Administrator. In this position I handle the majority of the Datacenter onsite duties: Server Mapping, hardware replacement, warranty claims, firmware updates, software updates, quarterly updates, compliance documentation, security hardening, SSl certificates, cipher updates.I recently built an entire Redis environment that actively replicates and has automated redundant failover monitoring. This includes a wide variety of duties including: AD/DS (Active Directory), DHCP, static IP assigning, DNS resolution, Anti-virus protection software with business license and remote administration, peripheral trouble shooting, printer support, phone system support, wiping and re-imaging PCs, server administration and monitoring, building out server racks, troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and replacing server and PC hardware. As internal support I am tasked to resolve any other issues that might arise.
