Program manager for the Air National Guard Air Force Reserve Test Command (AATC) electronic warfare Combine Test Flight (CTF). Managed upgrades to electronic combat pods (ECP) and radar warning receivers (RWR). Managed the cost, schedule, test execution, and reporting.

I managed teams of multidiscipline experts to execute complex, multi-billion dollar, classified prototype testing. I perform daily problem solving ranging from control theory, aerodynamics, to schedule management on multiple programs.

I learned real-world methods to test aircraft systems, aerodynamics, and management of test programs. I flew 100+ hours testing 23 different aircraft.

I managed the operational testing and schedule of new operational flight software and testing new satellite communication system in the F-16 aircraft.

Led the largest upgrade in the A-10 history identifying major software flaws and working with the contractor and pilots to fix them. Built a Link-16 network from spare parts to test the new SADL capability of the aircraft.

Master student studying aeronautical engineering with emphasis in air breathing and rocket propulsion. Master’s thesis in pulse detonation engines.

Hill Afb, Ut

Dispositioned daily field level structural repairs. Worked as structural engineer for A-10 Service Life Extension Program (SLEP) by designing repairs to re-use mothballed wings saving $15M and extend aircraft life another 20 years. One of three Air Battle Damage Repair engineers for A-10, F-16, and F-117 aircraft. Revised T-38A aero performance model increasing accuracy of 40 year old takeoff and landing charts by 24%.
