David was previously Executive Vice President & Chief Legal Officer at Scientific Games Corporation (Nasdaq: SGMS), a leading developer and provider of technology-based products, systems, platforms, services and entertainment content for the worldwide gaming and lottery markets, where he led a global team of over 70. Before that, David was Executive Vice President & General Counsel at Morgans Hotel Group, a Nasdaq-listed hospitality company, and Executive Vice President & Group General Counsel for Havas S.A., a Euronext Paris and Nasdaq-listed global advertising and communications services company. Before moving to corporate leadership roles, David was a partner at the international law firm Hogan Lovells (formerly Hogan & Hartson) with a broad corporate and securities practice. David received his J.D. cum laude from Harvard Law School in 1991 and his B.A. summa cum laude in Biology and French from Macalester College in 1987.
