Transformation Analyst: Working in this graduate level role, I was assigned many challenging tasks related to the development of the new Client Transformation Management Office (CTMO) within HPE. Reporting to a director within the company, I was given high levels of responsibility & received good feedback from a Senior Vice President, based on the level of change achieved on a restricted budget. Tasks were often assigned on very tight timescales. I had to negotiate & work with clients to ensure that demands were met and all objectives were successful. Decision making and time management are key skills that I have further developed in this role. I had to support a team in the US, providing assistance with status reports on a weekly basis. My experience in CTMO has enhanced my understanding of the wider IT industry and this is something which will set me in excellent stead for the future.Risk Management:• Working as part of the PMO with various Rolls-Royce projects coming through to AR to ensure DAIR log is complete and approved by risk SME. This includes several iterations of the DAIR, completing a checklist of things that need to be reviewed and completing a deep dive with each PM on their risks, response strategies and costs.• Provide support to new projects and new project/program managers to ensure a working DAIR is created.• Communicate with individual program/project managers to begin to develop risk management governance for IMAS, FIT, EIP and C&S projects. Regular calls held with the PM's offering support. Reviews held to understand major risks and ensure that RAG status for Risk is green.• Analyzing current risk management processes and identifying any changes which need to be made. Summary was presented in the form of a DAR. Holding a meeting with risk SME to talk through the potential areas for improvement.

Responsible for various configuration management practices within the DWP account. I had to deal with third party suppliers and liaise with regards to live code deliveries. I worked with various different teams in order to rebuild and re-establish the AMS Configuration Management Escrow requirement. I had the benefits of working with both the customer & suppliers. In my time as a configuration manager, I successfully completed a level 3 apprenticeship in IT systems & networking.Responsibilities:• Delivery of code packages to HP build teams for deployment into the live environment.• Pre-implementation meetings with external clients such as IBM, Capgemini, Accenture to ensure all packages & releases were ready• Efficiently updating and managing the configuration management database which is monitored by the DWP.• Produced weekly & monthly audit reports as per request of DWP and held monthly service reviews.• Provided 24/7 on-call support reacting to high priority incidents out-of-hours. Managing the successful release of the new code, to minimize the downtime for the customer and ensure SLAs were met• Use of StarTeam and UNIX, to upload code packages onto the required system
