My experience in CTMO has enhanced my understanding of the wider IT industry and this is something which will set me in excellent stead for the future.Risk Management:• Working as part of the PMO with various Rolls-Royce projects coming through to AR to ensure DAIR log is complete and approved by risk SME. This includes several iterations of the DAIR, completing a checklist of things that need to be reviewed and completing a deep dive with each PM on their risks, response strategies and costs.• Provide support to new projects and new project/program managers to ensure a working DAIR is created.• Communicate with individual program/project managers to begin to develop risk management governance for IMAS, FIT, EIP and C&S projects. Regular calls held with the PM's offering support. Reviews held to understand major risks and ensure that RAG status for Risk is green.• Analyzing current risk management processes and identifying any changes which need to be made. Summary was presented in the form of a DAR. Holding a meeting with risk SME to talk through the potential areas for improvement.
