Cloud based Apps & DatabasesPrevious Data & Reporting Analyst.* Gather summary level data required for monthly reporting and consolidate sources into a central location (Reporting Repository)* Sense check data for integrity and query where required*Ensure all regular client reporting packs are sent on time, on relevant platforms*Update and correct data where instructed*Develop improvements to existing reports either by request or from team ideas*Create internal advice reports when required*Gather additional requirements for internal reporting and bring to meetings for discussion and planning *Custom views & Reporting within Microsoft Dynamic 365 - for workload planning and KPI performances*Create ESR BI reports to assist operational teams and improve accuracy & cleansing exercises *Analyse data when creating reports and provide feedback on observation to relevant departments and or Managers* Escalate issues with data accuracy or client queries with ES Reporting Manager*Ensuring relevant data for MySBSPay App is saved to required location, on time for paydays, chasing departments for missing ESR Payslip Data*Manage day to day queries and attachments requests between operational team, Opus and clients with regards to printing of ESR Payslips
