As a principal pre-sales engineer, I've had the privilege of working on the #1 account team at AHEAD for 6 years in a row. I've been the primary pre-sales engineer throughout, as we worked with a large financial to transform their global infrastructure. The impact on the reliability, scalability and robustness of their infrastructure that we've been a part of, has truly moved the needle for this customer. I've also overseen all deployments as part of an integrated pre- and post-sales model unique within AHEAD. One of the most recent highlights of my role includes working on the design and physical deployment of the first ever NVIDIA and AHEAD SuperPOD at the large global financial.Other highlights included selling, designing and deploying over 160 VxBlocks as well as hundreds of racks of other pre-integrated PODs. These PODs were to transform everything from their VDI infrastructure using VxRAIL to their backups using Cisco UCS Cohesity PODs as well as big data applications running on Dell PE servers. I've also had the privilege of designing and deploying Cisco networks for 11 availability zones across 6 data centers. We've also done several data center moves for this customer to help them alleviate power problems and make more strategic use of their DC space/assets.Being part of transformative infrastructure projects is what drives me, and I look forward to continued success at AHEAD working with our amazing customers.
