Shows would be 4 or 8 hour shifts depending on how much had to be unpacked and setup or taken down and loaded. Worked for many shows, some notably being Celine Dion, The Black Keys, WWE, and Disney. Jobs were rotational, sometimes I would be with audio crew, lighting, pyrotechnical, carpenter, or loaders.

Focused on integrating Dialpad into the company to transition from work phones. Other responsibilities would be laptop configuration, troubleshooting, and completing asset tickets. Experience gained in Dialpad, Verizon Portal, Asset Sonar, and Microsoft Endpoint.

Working a hybrid role with the Asset Management Team and the Support Desk Team. When I am not troubleshooting tickets I am setting up laptops out of the box for employees, setting up work places, assisting in new hire training, and writing documentation. Gained experience in documentation, asset management, and automation.Major project of setting up a workflow to pull information from a Microsoft Form and insert data into Excel.

Worked the Summer of 2021 at Cohen & Company. As a End User Technologies Intern I would be tasked to setup laptops out of the box, repair broken laptops, setup work places, and troubleshoot tickets for users. Gained experience working in Active Directory, Cisco suite applications, and setting up security RFID tags.

Day to day tasks were maintaining the rink appearance inside and cutting the ice after each team finished. Held multiple tournaments, high school teams, and the Lake Eerie Monsters as well. Summer was similar, but we worked outside for the baseball diamonds and we did landscaping for the area around the rink.
