Responsible for performing a wide range of reactive and preventative maintenance throughout the Iglu Kelvin Grove property consisting of 109 apartments and ~450 student beds. This includes inducting and supervising contractors on site, managing stock and inventory, cleaning, surface preparation and painting, conducting minor electrical, plumbing and mechanical repairs, repairing walls, cabinetry, fixtures and furniture, surface preparation and painting.

I monitored renovation activities, reported on progress, assessed quality and review daily work order priorities as well as conducting hands on renovation and repair work.
