Technical Support Officer Digital Transformation
Current- The role is responsible for developing and implementing actions responding to IT and Digital Transformation Strategy initiatives and support, plan and project manage the delivery of new IT Service Management and IT.
- Assist in the implementation and integration of systems and applications to support digital transformation outcomes related to current and future digital initiatives.
- Engage with stakeholders including external providers and consultants to develop and agree project scope, budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
- Assist to identify stakeholder requirements and use this input to recommend and implement strategies and actions to enhance IT systems and business processes.
- Assist in system development and testing to produce high quality and innovative solutions.
- Complete research, analysis and reporting to inform decision making regarding systems use to meet user expectations.
