Provide client services related to all phases of real estate development from initial due diligence and entitlement to permitting. Represent clients before elected officials, administrative staff, permitting agencies and appointed boards to secure approval of zoning, variances, permits, site plan modifications or code violation relief. Additionally, I have provided Developer Representative services for clients during construction for several mid-rise multi-family projects.

Managed a staff of engineers and planners responsible for all planning activites South of the Alafia River in Hillsborough County. Planning responsibilities included review and approval of all Developments of Regional Impact and Zoning applications within the Planning area as well as all infrastructure master plans (water, sewer, roads and stormwater). Additionally, I was the County representative in all Comprehensive Plan public hearings and settlement negotiations with the State of Florida in the late 80's. Prior to taking this position I was the Planning and Administration Manager for the County's Community Development program where I was responsible for planning and implementation of the CBDG program which addressed infrastructure, affordable housing and community facility needs of the County's low/moderate income target neighborhoods.
