I would say I really started taking a career seriously when I got promoted to shift lead at Pizza Hut in York, NE. After moving to Oregon, I have worked as a caretaker, convenience store clerk, fast food, grocery stocker, security guard, and warehouse order picker. I achieved and accomplished the most while I was working for XPO/GXO Logistics. There, I got promoted to the Returns lead and eventually moved over to being the Count & Verify lead. It was during my time with XPO/GXO that I discovered that to be a good leader, it has to be a mentality and not a title or role. After XPO/GXO, I tried to follow another passion of mine, metal working. Currently, I am hoping to find a new career path that falls under one of my life passions, wood or metal working, or leadership.
