David brings 17 years of hands-on experience in the HVAC consulting industry. His diverse project experience includes design of commercial, biotechnology, healthcare, cogeneration and educational facilities throughout California and Arizona. David combines his design experience with economic analysis and knowledge of California’s Title 24 energy standards to achieve high performance ratings, while providing the owner with a favorable payback period. Additionally his experience in designing to the requirements of utility and government sponsored incentive programs have allowed his projects to received incentives from Savings by Design, Coalition of High Performance Schools (CHPS), and the Self Generation Incentive Program (SGIP). His career has seen him serve as a drafter, project designer, project engineer, project manger, construction administrator and currently as an engineering studio director. This experience allows David to have a deep understanding of the construction process and what it takes to complete a project that exceeds the client’s expectations.
